The Galaxy A51 has made an appearance on the Geekbench criterion database, revealing some of its specs. As expected, the A51 runs Android 10, suggesting its release will come sometime after the Galaxy S11 next twelvemonth. Nonetheless, with other 2020 A serial phones, like the Galaxy A71, as well in testing with Android 10, it'southward possible Samsung is going to turn things effectually and launch not-flagship devices with the latest version of the Bone ahead of the next Galaxy South flagship.
And it makes sense, because how well the 2019 Galaxy A serial phones accept done in various markets. The flagship phone segment has been slowing downward in recent years while the mid-range segment has grown, and if Samsung intends to launch the Galaxy A51 before the Milky way S11, the latest software out of the box would be an excellent attraction for many consumers. In fact, Android 10 might be one of the key highlights of the A51, equally the Geekbench entry says it runs on the Exynos 9611 chipset that powers the Milky way A50s and not the new Exynos 9630 that Samsung is currently working on.
As we had reported last month, the A51 may also come with the aforementioned storage options as the Galaxy A50/A50s: 64GB and 128GB. The version tested on Geekbench has 4GB of RAM, but we tin expect the 128GB configuration to have 6GB of RAM. No other specs for the device are currently known, although Samsung could equip the A51 with a higher-resolution rear camera, perhaps the 64-megapixel ane that debuted on the Milky way A70s.
